Healthcare Transaction Management Analyst

Job Summary

Providing evaluation and support for lease administration and financial reporting, the full-time Healthcare Transaction Management Analyst will manage lease terminations, renewals, and rental rate tracking while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and report on the progress of lease terminations, renewals, and rent commencements
• Support tracking of lease information, property values, and capital expenditures
• Facilitate the closeout process and provide financial breakdown support for transactions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations such as percentages and fractions
• Ability to analyze information and apply standard practices to solve problems
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
