Job Summary

Providing broad tactical and operational support, the full-time Healthcare Transaction Specialist will manage client listings, voucher processing, and data analysis while working remotely for a healthcare client.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle moderately complex to complex client listings and propose solutions for identified gaps and errors
  • Verify and enter sales and lease information into the company database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines
  • Gather and analyze data to solve complex problems and suggest improvements to existing processes for team efficiency
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience; Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, and systems within the job function
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Advanced organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset
  • Advanced math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups
