Healthcare Translator (CA Licensed)
Job Summary
Seeking experienced Healthcare Translators (CA Licensed) fluent in Simplified and/or Traditional Chinese, the temporary contract position will focus on translating healthcare plan communications to enhance understanding of coverage, with remote work available for mid-level candidates worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Translate healthcare-related documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy for plan communications
- Collaborate with project managers to meet fast-turnaround project requirements
- Utilize CAT tools, particularly Phrase, to maintain quality and consistency in translations
Required qualifications
- Native proficiency in Simplified and/or Traditional Chinese
- Proven experience in healthcare, medical, or health insurance translation
- Familiarity with CAT tools, with preference for Phrase
- Experience with XTRF is a plus
- Availability for PST-aligned work and fast-turnaround projects
