Job Summary
Driving UX strategy and content direction, the full-time Healthcare UX Content Strategist will manage complex programs focused on designing member-facing experiences for healthcare organizations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery to translate client goals and audience needs into a coherent UX strategy
- Develop conversation designs, content guides, and optimization recommendations for implementation
