Job Summary

Leading a team of experts, the full-time Healthcare Value Management Manager will evolve the value management discipline, partner with senior leaders to align strategies, and drive high-impact consulting efforts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-performing team, focusing on recruitment, development, and fostering an inclusive culture
• Collaborate with senior sales leaders to integrate value management into the customer lifecycle and enhance business outcomes
• Champion the use of AI and scalable frameworks to optimize consulting efforts and support organizational objectives

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• 6+ years of experience in value management, management consulting, value engineering, or a related strategic advisory role within the technology industry
• Proven ability to develop and coordinate teams while improving productivity and satisfaction
• Experience in building long-term relationships with internal partners and customers
• Understanding of how to measure and communicate the business value customers achieve from their investments
