Healthcare Vendor Relations Specialist

Job Summary

Managing vendor communications remotely, the full-time Healthcare Vendor Relations Specialist will act as the primary liaison between the organization and external vendors, ensuring timely claim resolution and performance metric monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with vendors to address concerns and build strong relationships
• Monitor and report on performance metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement
• Act as the first point of contact for resolving vendor-related issues, including quality control and claim delays

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
• 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with a third-party administrator or carrier
• Experience in reading, analyzing, and reviewing data is a plus
• ACCA certification is a plus
