Job Summary
A company is looking for a Prompt Engineer - Healthcare Provider Voice Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for AI-powered voice agents to enhance call center workflows and patient experience
- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to align on clinical, administrative, and compliance requirements
- Monitor performance of prompts and voice agents, using analytics to improve accuracy and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, AI/ML, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3-5+ years of experience in prompt engineering, conversational AI, or voice agent development
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and voice AI platforms
- Familiarity with call center technologies and healthcare provider environments
- Experience with scripting languages and API integrations
