A company is looking for a VP of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead financial operations across multiple business entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the annual budget process and lead quarterly forecasting cycles
• Provide financial insights and conduct monthly budget-to-actual analysis
• Lead the implementation of FP&A software and develop scalable financial processes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in the healthcare industry
• Understanding of healthcare payer economics from relevant organizations
• Proven experience owning the full FP&A function in a multi-entity organization
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience implementing FP&A software and building financial processes
