Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support configuration activities and manage incidents while collaborating with offshore teams
• Analyze business requirements, configure, and unit test software (HealthRules Payor)
• Lead a team of business analysts and provide training on configuration processes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of HealthRules Configuration experience
• Experience in at least two modules of HealthRules Payor (e.g., Benefits, Pricing, Claims)
• Familiarity with debugging and testing concepts
• Experience working in an offshore model
• Possess a professional degree/diploma or equivalent work experience
