Job Summary

A company is looking for a Configuration Analyst to support health plan operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain complex contracts and HRP configuration for claims, pricing, and benefits
• Investigate and resolve configuration issues to ensure timely claims payment
• Prepare and execute test cases and maintain documentation of configuration activities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of health plan configuration experience within the HealthRules Payer platform
• 5+ years of experience in claims processing across various claim types
• Operational experience in health plan domains such as enrollment/eligibility or provider data management
• Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and revenue codes
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
