HealthShare Application Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project, the full-time HealthShare Application Engineer will maintain and optimize InterSystems HealthShare and IRIS environments while working remotely on an overnight shift schedule.

Key responsibilities:

• Support and maintain InterSystems HealthShare, Health Connect, IRIS, and related platform technologies in production environments
• Develop and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and streamline software delivery processes
• Maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and deployment processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 3+ years of professional experience in information technology, healthcare IT, or federal government contracting environments
• Hands-on experience supporting InterSystems HealthShare, Health Connect, IRIS, Ensemble, or Cache environments
• Experience administering Linux/Unix-based systems and large middleware applications
• Experience developing or maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, or similar technologies
