Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthy Planet Analyst III - Value Based Care.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with management and IT staff to design and create business processes and technologies based on customer requirements
Research and provide information on technical trends and practices relevant to primary care healthcare delivery
Develop and maintain registries and associated components to improve clinical workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required
Epic Healthy Planet or EpicCare certification required
At least 3-5 years of experience in business application design or significant healthcare background
Strong technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts
Knowledge of Epic Clinical EHR and project management concepts
