Heat Transport System Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Primary Heat Transport System Design Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design nuclear and industrial process systems and perform analyses in support of design
• Ensure application of design codes and provide technical direction to engineers
• Generate design packages and support testing programs for plant system qualification

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical, Chemical, Nuclear Engineering, or related discipline
• 6+ years of direct experience in mechanical systems design
• Experience in complex fluid system design and fluid simulation software
• Previous experience with centrifugal pump and tube & shell heat exchanger design
• Experience writing design specifications for large capital equipment
