Job Summary
A company is looking for a Heavy Haul Capacity Sales Representative to support account managers and operations teams in sourcing and managing heavy haul transportation capacity.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with heavy haul carriers and internal teams
- Source capacity for specialized freight including oversize and overweight shipments
- Negotiate pricing and coordinate with operations for successful shipment execution
Qualifications
- Previous experience in heavy haul or specialized freight transportation required
- Knowledge of heavy haul equipment and DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Experience negotiating rates and managing carrier relationships
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation or logistics preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management systems
