Job Summary

A company is looking for a HEDIS Abstractor and Overreader.

Key Responsibilities

Review and abstract clinical data from electronic medical records in accordance with HEDIS specifications
Perform overreads of abstracted medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve documentation discrepancies and support audit preparation

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years' experience with NCQA HEDIS programs and abstraction
Proficiency in EMR platforms and abstraction tools
Familiarity with Medicare Advantage and Stars Measures
High School Diploma or equivalent required
