Job Summary

A company is looking for a HEDIS Coordinator to ensure data accuracy and reporting for quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and update management on clinical quality metrics and HEDIS processes
  • Establish action plans to improve HEDIS scores and evaluate member compliance reports
  • Manage HEDIS projects, including oversight of nurses and adherence to timelines
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of quality improvement or healthcare-related experience
  • Working knowledge of NCQA and HEDIS requirements
  • 5+ years managing and reporting HEDIS data in a health insurance setting preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
