HEDIS Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HEDIS Coordinator to ensure data accuracy and reporting related to HEDIS metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and update management on clinical quality metrics and HEDIS processes
• Establish action plans to improve HEDIS scores and evaluate member compliance reports
• Manage HEDIS projects, including oversight of nurses and vendor timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of quality improvement or healthcare-related experience
• Working knowledge of the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA)
• Experience with HEDIS requirements preferred
