HEDIS Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HEDIS Data Subject Matter Expert.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in HEDIS data analytics and support multiple payers with NCQA and state submissions
• Develop data-driven metrics to identify gaps and implement interventions for quality improvement
• Manage and prioritize large projects while presenting data results to clients

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a health care delivery organization
• 2+ years of HEDIS experience focused on data analysis
• 2+ years of experience working with final submission files to NCQA, CMS, and state submissions
• 1+ years of experience writing SQL code
• 1+ years of experience in a matrix environment
