Job Summary
To support data-driven transformation initiatives, the full-time remote HEDIS Data Analyst will manage HEDIS measurement, reporting, and validation activities while collaborating with various teams to enhance quality scores and ensure compliance with CMS regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Support HEDIS measurement, reporting, validation, and annual submission activities
- Analyze HEDIS performance results and identify opportunities for quality improvement
- Collaborate with technical teams to align HEDIS reporting requirements with data governance standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, Public Health, or related field
- 4-6+ years of healthcare payer or health plan experience
- Strong hands-on knowledge of HEDIS reporting initiatives
- Advanced SQL experience for healthcare data analysis and validation
- Understanding of CMS regulations and quality reporting requirements
