HEDIS Data Quality Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HEDIS DQ/Integrity Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation projects to enhance HEDIS, Stars, accreditation, and State performance
• Manage vendor relationships to improve quality performance
• Develop quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy in regulatory reporting data

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, HEDIS, or related fields
• Experience analyzing healthcare data, including medical, pharmacy, and behavioral data
• Extensive knowledge of the US healthcare industry and health plan business
• Familiarity with visualization and BI tools, preferably Tableau
