Job Summary

A company is looking for a HEDIS Manager - Performance Improvement (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of HEDIS/Star Quality and Regulatory reporting
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve Medicare Advantage Star Ratings and Medicaid Performance Measure targets
• Provide subject matter expertise in HEDIS and CMS STARS, ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of five years in healthcare/managed care with experience in HEDIS/Medicare Star performance measurement
• Two years of prior supervisory or program/project manager experience required
• Experience presenting to leadership teams, clinicians, and employer groups
• Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office
