HEDIS Measure Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HEDIS Measure Owner (Abstractor) to manage and enhance HEDIS measures performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and monitor assigned HEDIS measures to achieve 5-Star performance
• Collaborate with providers and clinical teams to identify and close care gaps
• Validate data accuracy and work cross-functionally to improve reporting and workflows

Required Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of HEDIS Abstraction Experience
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage and HEDIS measures
• Experience with HEDIS abstraction tools and EHR systems
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
