HEDIS Operations Manager
Job Summary
Working fully remote, the full-time salaried HEDIS Operations Manager will oversee the design and development of cloud-based BI and Analytics services, manage HEDIS data collection and reporting, and ensure compliance with NCQA specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into specifications for reports and dashboards
- Monitor and report HEDIS performance metrics while managing data quality and validation
- Coordinate end-to-end HEDIS processes, including chart chase/abstraction and vendor management
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of business intelligence and reporting experience, particularly with MSBI
- 3+ years of experience in HEDIS/STAR workflow/process development
- Strong SQL skills with experience in Power BI and SSRS
- BS in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Azure Certification is a plus
