HEDIS Outreach Coordinator
Job Summary
Supporting HEDIS quality initiatives, the full-time HEDIS Outreach Coordinator will conduct provider and member outreach, assist with medical record retrieval, and document activities to improve healthcare quality measures in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to non-compliant members and support medical record capture activities for HEDIS review
- Collaborate with providers to enhance member health outcomes and maintain accurate provider information
- Document outreach activities in accordance with audit standards and support quality improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of recent HEDIS project support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Adobe Reader, and RightFax
- Experience in member outreach and communication with medical providers
- Call center experience preferred
