HEDIS Project Manager

Job Summary

To support client success initiatives, the full-time remote HEDIS Project Manager will lead healthcare projects, manage client relationships, and oversee project delivery while ensuring alignment with client goals and performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships to foster partnership with project teams
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and status reports, identifying risks and implementing solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, issue resolution, and project performance updates

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or managed care
• In-depth knowledge of HEDIS measures, specifications, and reporting processes
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting healthcare data and performance metrics
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet project demands
