HEDIS Quality Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HEDIS Quality Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex healthcare data, providing insights for quality performance improvement
• Generate graphics and summaries to communicate findings and collaborate on technical specifications
• Assist in the development of quality dashboards and reporting using data visualization tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Management Information Systems, computer science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of two years of experience with HEDIS or similar quality healthcare performance metrics
• Two years of prior programming experience (e.g., SQL, SAS, Python, or DAX)
• Preferred experience in healthcare delivery and/or payer environments
• Preferred clinical experience
