HEDIS Quality Improvement Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Specialist (HEDIS).
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of quality improvement projects related to HEDIS Hybrid Operations
- Train providers and staff in continuous quality improvement methodologies and HEDIS processes
- Monitor performance on quality indicators and prepare for meetings with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Licensed LPN or RN, or 10+ years of HEDIS experience
- Experience in clinical support for medical record abstraction and auditing
- Ability to analyze and track performance results
- Experience in developing and implementing quality performance improvement plans
- Knowledge of PDSA model for quality improvement
