HEDIS Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HEDIS Reporting Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments to monitor HEDIS performance measures and results
• Analyze HEDIS data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Develop and present reports and recommendations regarding HEDIS performance to stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Associate degree in Human services, finance, business administration, computer science, or related fields; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Four years of experience analyzing HEDIS measures as a business, data, or performance analyst
• Experience with NCQA and HEDIS measures
• Strong project management and administration background
• Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
