Key Responsibilities

• Collect and review medical records to abstract clinical information for HEDIS quality reporting
• Interpret clinical criteria through medical record review and populate data collection tools
• Ensure accurate documentation to meet risk management, regulatory, and accreditation requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-3 years of experience in auditing and abstracting medical records
• Medical knowledge and ability to read and interpret medical records
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and Adobe Reader
• Commitment to attend required training and maintain confidentiality of PHI
