HEDIS Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HEDIS Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to members for surveys addressing Social Determinants of Health and coordinate care with clinical providers to obtain medical records
• Review medical records for HEDIS compliance, annotate findings, and ensure accurate documentation for risk management and regulatory requirements
• Complete assigned abstraction and data entry tasks daily while maintaining productivity and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 0-3 seasons of experience auditing and abstracting medical records
• Medical knowledge and ability to read and interpret medical records
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and Adobe Reader
• Commitment to attend all required training and conference calls
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and adhere to HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules
