Job Summary

A company is looking for a HEDIS Strategy Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of quality improvement initiatives and contribute to healthcare delivery excellence
• Assist the Project Manager with healthcare quality projects and performance improvement activities
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and perform routine audits to evaluate adherence to quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work or project support experience
• Proficient in Excel, including formulas and data manipulation
• Proficient in PowerPoint, including creating presentations
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple business objectives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
