HEDIS Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, HEDIS to supervise and coordinate a team ensuring HEDIS data accuracy and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and resources to improve HEDIS measures across departments
• Supervise daily staff activities to promote quality improvement and efficiency
• Manage HEDIS projects, including nurse assignments and vendor oversight

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of quality improvement, HEDIS project management, or healthcare-related experience
• Working knowledge of NCQA and HEDIS programs
