HEDIS Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, HEDIS to oversee and improve HEDIS data accuracy and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate team activities to improve HEDIS measures and ensure compliance with technical specifications
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of HEDIS measures and present results of improvement efforts
• Manage HEDIS projects, including resource assignment and vendor oversight for quality and timeliness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in quality improvement, HEDIS project management, or healthcare-related roles
• Working knowledge of NCQA and HEDIS programs
