HEDIS UAT Analyst

Job Summary

To support user acceptance testing initiatives, the full-time HEDIS UAT Analyst will conduct testing of user interface and reporting applications, perform data validation, and develop metrics to enhance healthcare performance, with the flexibility of telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for applications related to HEDIS, including application analysis and data validation
• Develop data-driven metrics to identify gaps and implement interventions aimed at improving key performance measures
• Provide subject matter guidance on data issues and support strategic operational activities related to the HEDIS Roadmap and audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• 60 months of experience in HEDIS processes, including measure calculation and reporting
• Experience with health plan data domains such as Member, Enrollment, and Provider datasets
• Knowledge of CMS Quality Rating System concepts and claims processing workflows
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, and shell scripting for data analysis
