HELOC Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HELOC & Special Products Administrator to manage and evaluate requests related to HELOC and special mortgage products.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate requests regarding HELOC and special products while adhering to investor and client procedures
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of policies and procedures, updating them annually as needed
• Process maintenance requests and respond to client inquiries related to HELOC and special products

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of mortgage experience
• General knowledge of mortgage lending processes and terminology
• Understanding of financial products and services, including FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
