Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users via phone and email, tracking issues through a ticketing system
  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic services for hardware and software, including VOIP systems
  • Maintain documentation and records, and communicate updates to customers regarding ticket status and resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience with Windows client devices
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory and troubleshooting support for Windows 10 and higher
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite and ticket entry systems
  • A+ Certification and/or Microsoft 365 certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
