Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst Tier I.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer service requests related to software and hardware issues
- Log and track calls using IT service management software and maintain documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and establish strong working relationships with users
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in technology and/or 1 - 2 years related experience
- Extensive knowledge of PC hardware and software support required
- 1+ year experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems support or administration
- 1+ years of Active Directory experience
- Help Desk experience preferred
