Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst Tier I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer service requests related to software and hardware issues
  • Log and track calls using IT service management software and maintain documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service and establish strong working relationships with users
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in technology and/or 1 - 2 years related experience
  • Extensive knowledge of PC hardware and software support required
  • 1+ year experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems support or administration
  • 1+ years of Active Directory experience
  • Help Desk experience preferred
