Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst - Tier 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the front line of the Client Support Team, answering inbound support inquiries
- Engage with clients via a ticketing system, resolving support tickets and maintaining SLAs
- Collaborate with internal teams to triage, document, and escalate tickets as necessary
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year in a customer support, help desk, or IT support role or comparable customer-facing role
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Exposure to financial software or payment systems is a plus
- Must reside in the Greater Phoenix area for this fully remote role
