Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst - Tier 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the front line of the Client Support Team, answering inbound support inquiries
  • Engage with clients via a ticketing system, resolving support tickets and maintaining SLAs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to triage, document, and escalate tickets as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year in a customer support, help desk, or IT support role or comparable customer-facing role
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Exposure to financial software or payment systems is a plus
  • Must reside in the Greater Phoenix area for this fully remote role
