Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to provide IT support services in a hybrid remote/in-office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and create tickets for support requests from employees, freelancers, and contractors
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, chat, email, or in person
- Provide support for macOS and Windows platforms, including account management and incident resolution
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in IT Help Desk or computer support
- Excellent technical troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to perform in a dynamic environment with changing schedules and priorities
- Familiarity with Apple platforms is preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow and networking is a plus
