Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to provide IT support services in a hybrid remote/in-office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls and create tickets for support requests from employees, freelancers, and contractors
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, chat, email, or in person
  • Provide support for macOS and Windows platforms, including account management and incident resolution
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in IT Help Desk or computer support
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting techniques
  • Ability to perform in a dynamic environment with changing schedules and priorities
  • Familiarity with Apple platforms is preferred
  • Experience with ServiceNow and networking is a plus
