Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst for a long-term contract position primarily remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to service desk requests, documenting issues for timely resolution
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems in Microsoft Windows 10 environments
- Assist with account access and user administration tasks within Active Directory
Required Qualifications
- Experience providing help desk or service desk support
- Working knowledge of Active Directory for user account support
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows and Windows 10 systems
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for desktop and software issues
- Familiarity with managing and documenting service desk tickets
