Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst for a long-term contract position primarily remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to service desk requests, documenting issues for timely resolution
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems in Microsoft Windows 10 environments
  • Assist with account access and user administration tasks within Active Directory
Required Qualifications
  • Experience providing help desk or service desk support
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory for user account support
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows and Windows 10 systems
  • Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for desktop and software issues
  • Familiarity with managing and documenting service desk tickets
