Job Summary

Help Desk Analyst, responsible for providing technical support primarily via phone for a contract role on weekends from 8 AM to 8 PM, requiring experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to technical assistance requests via phone and email
  • Diagnose and resolve or escalate technical hardware and software issues
  • Administer Microsoft 365 environments and manage Active Directory user accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of technical phone support experience in a Windows/Microsoft Office environment
  • Associate degree or equivalent technical school certification
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Active Directory administration
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Microsoft certification preferred or actively seeking certification
