Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Coordinator (Project Delivery Coordinator).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end user support for issue triaging, resolution, and prioritization
- Classify issues for further analysis of training needs and business process documentation
- Manage and communicate resolutions to end users while addressing any backlog of issues
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent years of experience
- 2+ years of experience in a related field
- Prior experience as a customer service representative is preferred
- Experience with State government human services programs is a plus
- Background as a case worker for Medicaid and CHIP programs is advantageous
