Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Coordinator (Project Delivery Coordinator).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end user support for issue triaging, resolution, and prioritization
  • Classify issues for further analysis of training needs and business process documentation
  • Manage and communicate resolutions to end users while addressing any backlog of issues
Required Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field
  • Prior experience as a customer service representative is preferred
  • Experience with State government human services programs is a plus
  • Background as a case worker for Medicaid and CHIP programs is advantageous
