Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Coordinator (Project Delivery Coordinator).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end user support for issue triaging, resolution, and prioritization for root cause analysis
  • Classify issues for further analysis of training needs, business process documentation, or system fixes
  • Manage any backlog of issues to ensure timely resolution
Required Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field
  • Prior experience working as a customer service representative is preferred
  • Experience with State government human services programs is preferred
  • Experience as a case worker for the Medicaid and CHIP programs is preferred
