Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Coordinator (Project Delivery Coordinator).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end user support for issue triaging, resolution, and prioritization for root cause analysis
- Classify issues for further analysis of training needs, business process documentation, or system fixes
- Manage any backlog of issues to ensure timely resolution
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent years of experience
- 2+ years of experience in a related field
- Prior experience working as a customer service representative is preferred
- Experience with State government human services programs is preferred
- Experience as a case worker for the Medicaid and CHIP programs is preferred
