Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Coordinator II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address and resolve network, device, and equipment issues
  • Assess and manage Tier I support tickets for escalation to Tier III
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting for network-related problems
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in network and wireless troubleshooting
  • More than 2 years of customer service experience
  • Over 1 year of technical support experience
  • Familiarity with Ruckus, Juniper, and Cambium Access Points
