Key Responsibilities
- Address and resolve network, device, and equipment issues
- Assess and manage Tier I support tickets for escalation to Tier III
- Conduct remote troubleshooting for network-related problems
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in network and wireless troubleshooting
- More than 2 years of customer service experience
- Over 1 year of technical support experience
- Familiarity with Ruckus, Juniper, and Cambium Access Points
