Job Summary

To promote client loyalty through exceptional service, the full-time remote Help Desk Coordinator will manage inquiries from clients, provide timely resolutions, and perform administrative tasks related to clinical research study activities.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer and address client inquiries via Zendesk and phone, ensuring courteous and timely responses
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks while adhering to strict guidelines and quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet project deadlines and service objectives
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a business-to-business environment
  • 1+ years of administrative support experience in a regulated service industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and adapt to their needs effectively
