Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote Help Desk Customer Service Advisor will manage IT-related queries, provide technical assistance via phone, chat, or email, and ensure optimal system performance while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to end-user inquiries and resolve issues on the first interaction
- Document interactions and solutions accurately in the ticketing system
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in building, configuring, and troubleshooting computers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows 11
- Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting in a distraction-free workspace
