Job Summary

A company is looking for a RES Help Desk Engineer to support the modernization of a legacy system within the Veteran Readiness & Employment Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve help desk tickets and provide technical support to end users
  • Conduct training sessions and maintain documentation for user adoption
  • Collaborate with project teams and escalate issues to stakeholders as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with help desk and ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
  • Minimum of 2 years supporting public-facing helpdesk or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance
