Job Summary
A company is looking for a RES Help Desk Engineer to support the modernization of a legacy system within the Veteran Readiness & Employment Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve help desk tickets and provide technical support to end users
- Conduct training sessions and maintain documentation for user adoption
- Collaborate with project teams and escalate issues to stakeholders as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with help desk and ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
- Minimum of 2 years supporting public-facing helpdesk or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance
