Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Manager to lead the IT team in resolving technical issues and ensuring high-quality service delivery to end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and mentor Help Desk personnel while managing daily operations
  • Drive customer problem resolution and assist with user requests through various channels
  • Interface with internal teams to establish best practices and compliance


Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a Help Desk role, preferably in a medium or larger company
  • Experience supporting Mac hardware/OSX and remote users
  • Familiarity with Jira Service Desk or similar ticketing systems and Office 365 suite
  • 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
