Job Summary
A company is looking for an HDS Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service to all HDS customers, including incident management, desktop support, and proprietary application support
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for customers
- Collaborate with Service Analysts to ensure industry-leading service and resolution of incidents
Required Qualifications:
- MCDTS, A+ and Server + preferred but not required
- Understanding of ITIL framework
- 2-5 years of technical and client support experience in an IT environment
- Experience with Microsoft operating systems, including Windows XP to current generations
- Knowledge of basic networking and troubleshooting
