Job Summary

A company is looking for an HDS Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality customer service to all HDS customers, including incident management, desktop support, and proprietary application support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for customers
  • Collaborate with Service Analysts to ensure industry-leading service and resolution of incidents
Required Qualifications:
  • MCDTS, A+ and Server + preferred but not required
  • Understanding of ITIL framework
  • 2-5 years of technical and client support experience in an IT environment
  • Experience with Microsoft operating systems, including Windows XP to current generations
  • Knowledge of basic networking and troubleshooting
