Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for help desk users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or engineering support teams
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years in an IT help desk or user support environment
