Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to support the Personnel Enterprise Decision Support System (PEDSS) contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for help desk users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or engineering support teams
Required Qualifications
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years in an IT help desk or user support environment
